Mike Bender co-founded Image Products, Inc. in 1995 along with his wife, Bridget. Mike serves as Chief Executive Officer and maintains an active role in new product development. He has created such successful programs such as GIFT, My Rewards, and Get Fit Now America.

Thomas C. “Tim” Bode is the cofounder and president of Stratis Technologies of Louisville, Kentucky.  Stratis Technologies provides transaction account profitability consulting services to banks and bank holding companies through its New Opportunity Checking and Courtesy Coverage lines of business. 

Beverly Carter is Senior Vice President, Retail Banking, for Flagstar Bank, a position she has held since 2005. She is responsible for overall management of the bank’s 168 banking centers, including personnel, deposit growth and customer service. She has worked in banking for over 20 years, most of which have been at Flagstar.

Ann H. Durr is President & Chief Operating Officer of Valley Savings Bank, a respected, family-run, community bank based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio serving individuals and businesses since 1923. As President & COO, Ann is responsible for all facets of customer service and operations at both Cuyahoga Falls locations.

Christopher Leonard serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Image Products.

Prior to joining Image Products, Christopher was a corporate and tax partner with Wilmington's largest law firm, where he worked with privately and publicly held corporations in various transactional, compliance and advisory capacities.

Ms. O’Keefe has been with Trustmark Bank for 18 years in Marketing and Product Management. As Deposit Products Manager, she is involved with the research, design, implementation and tracking of deposit related products and services in an effort to enhance existing relationships, develop new accounts and maximize return for the bank. Responsibilities also include the conversion of deposits for acquisitions.

Jeff Petro is President and co-owner of Image Products, Inc. He oversees new product development and ensures that all personnel, logistical, and day-to-day operations are in order.

Mr. Planch is Senior Vice President at Trustmark and has been with the company for 27 years. During the early part of his career, Mr. Planch managed commercial areas, including Correspondent Banking and Cash Management, along with the bank’s Public Services area. He is currently responsible for Retail Banking, including Administration, Sales and Service and Product Management. Mr. Planch also oversees the Corporate Marketing and Advertising function.

Ms Reinhart has 21 years of experience in the banking industry, including 19 years with Busey, a $4.2 billion dollar financial institution headquartered in Champaign-Urbana Illinois with banking centers in Illinois, Indiana and Florida. During her career, Dianna has worked in many areas of Retail Banking. Currently, Dianna is Vice President of Retail Sales and Marketing for Busey and is responsible for the retail sales program; associate celebration and recognition; customer experience; special program management; and, product development and marketing.

Sandy started her banking career at the call center of Citizens Fidelity Bank in Louisville KY in 1986. She worked there until 1993 when an opportunity moved her to First NBC in New Orleans where she played a part in the start up of their Outbound Call Program.

Bob Sterner is Vice President of Sales for Image Products, Inc. He and his team have successfully implemented rewards programs and account acquisition programs at hundreds of financial institutions across the United States including M&T Bank, Hibernia National Bank, BankAtlantic, and Great Western Bank.

Jerry Straessle has a long, distinguished history in the credit card industry spanning more than 37 years. Before establishing JLS Associates, Mr. Straessle held management positions with J.C. Penney Company, Allied Stores Corporation, American Airlines, and Worthen Bank & Trust in Little Rock, AR.

Hank has over 25 years of selling and sales management experience in several industries, including training, continuous quality measurement and advertising. His expertise includes senior level sales, creating long-tern relationships with clients and establishing sales partnerships.

Paul Tomasofsky, President, Two Sparrows Consulting, LLC is a well-known payment systems executive with over 25 years experience in retail financial services.
