Doreen Rademacher is the Managing Consultant for Furnace, Giltner and Associates.  Furnace, Giltner and Associates provides turnkey debit, account acquisition and cross sell rewards programs to the financial industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Doreen spent 18 years with Independent Bank Corporation, a $3 billion bank holding company headquartered in Michigan.  Initially hired as the Director of Marketing, Doreen became Vice President of Retail Sales and Service in 1996 and successfully led the company’s strategy for account acquisition, cross selling, branch incentives and non-interest income growth. 

During her last year with the bank, Doreen screened several debit reward programs and tapped Furnace, Giltner and Associates and Image Products for the partnership.  After successfully launching My Rewards, Doreen decided to join Furnace, Giltner and Associates in April of 2007.

Doreen holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Journalism from Central Michigan University. She later graduated with top honors from the Robert M. Perry School of Banking at Central Michigan University, earning a seat on the school’s Board of Trustees and the Prochnow Educational Foundation Scholarship to attend the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Doreen was invited to return to the Perry School as a Marketing Instructor.
