Bob Sterner is Vice President of Sales for Image Products, Inc. He and his team have successfully implemented rewards programs and account acquisition programs at hundreds of financial institutions across the United States including M&T Bank, Hibernia National Bank, BankAtlantic, and Great Western Bank.

Since joining Image Products in September of 2003, Bob has supervised the customer service department, managed the GIFT program, and spearheaded the sales effort for My Rewards.

Bob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Cameron School of Business. He has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries.

Bob lives in Wilmington with his wife Laura.
