Ann H. Durr is President & Chief Operating Officer of Valley Savings Bank, a respected, family-run, community bank based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio serving individuals and businesses since 1923.  As President & COO, Ann is responsible for all facets of customer service and operations at both Cuyahoga Falls locations. She also serves on the bank’s Executive, Asset/Liability (ALCO) and Loan Review Committees. Prior to being named President in 2003, Ann served for 15 years as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing and Product Development.

Under Ann’s direction, Valley Savings established a deposit acquisition strategy, growing the Bank’s checking accounts by over 135%, widening its deposit, mortgage and investment offerings with Valley Savings Bank Wealth Management; established a Business Banking unit serving both emerging and mid-sized businesses; inaugurated Valley Online Internet banking as well as telephone banking; instituted a surcharge-free ATM network; and expanded the bank’s sponsorships and volunteerism.
