Sandy started her banking career at the call center of Citizens Fidelity Bank in Louisville KY in 1986. She worked there until 1993 when an opportunity moved her to First NBC in New Orleans where she played a part in the start up of their Outbound Call Program. Relocating back to Louisville, Sandy began her career at Republic Bank in 1997 where she was responsible for the creation and management of the Inbound/Outbound Call Center. After a short move to Orlando, FL, Sandy was back at Republic Bank – this time in the role of Regional Manager. In 2004 Sandy was promoted to the position of manager of Sales and Customer Experience. Sandy has primary responsibility for improving sales on the platform, managing the Bank sales program for 400+ associates in non-selling positions, managing service delivery and managing the Workplace Banking Program.
