Christopher Leonard serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Image Products.

Prior to joining Image Products, Christopher was a corporate and tax partner with Wilmington's largest law firm, where he worked with privately and publicly held corporations in various transactional, compliance and advisory capacities. He also served as counsel to Image Products advising on, among other things, regulatory and tax issues relating to provision of premiums and rewards programs for the banking industry. Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Wake Forest University.

Currently, as COO and General Counsel of Image Products, Christopher is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company, including oversight of nationwide fulfillment and distribution, human resources, contract negotiation, insurance, finance, tax and accounting, real estate, and the company's intellectual property portfolio. He also continues to stay abreast of legal and regulatory issues affecting the banking and health insurance industries.

Christopher lives in Wilmington with his wife, Laura, a Certified Public Accountant, and two children.
