As one of the nation’s largest debt buyers, Arrow is engaged in many different asset classes and with large lending institutions. Prior to joining Arrow, Doug worked for GC Services and directed their sales efforts for pre and post charge-off outsource programs. Doug also has extensive management experience with TRW, which is now known as Experian.
