In a continuing effort to give participants increased opportunities to gain insight into technology advancements and vendor solutions, we are pleased to continue to provide our series of IIS’s. Hosted by some of the industry's leading solution providers, these 60 minute demonstrations and discussions are a great way for participants to maximize their learning experience. Sessions will take place during lunch, Thursday, October 24th, and participants will be served lunch during the presentations.

As competitive and market pressures continue to increase, credit, collections, and recovery managers are looking more and more to technology for solutions to achieve their strategic vision. As the demand for technology solutions has increased, managers have found their initiatives frustrated by a shortage of resources to implement them. The marketplace’s initial response to this demand was to deliver a tremendous number of innovative point solutions, driving up the resources needed to deliver the overall initiative. This presentation will address two of the more cutting edge technology initiatives in the market place today, “virtual collections” and the related concept of “flexible outsourcing”. These initiatives represent an opportunity to dramatically improve performance and reduce costs. The discussion will focus on describing these exciting initiatives and how the marketplace is now “enabling” them through innovative packaging and bundling of existing point solution products and services.
