He serves as the primary compliance business partner to the Marketing, Credit Originations, and Risk Management groups with Wells Fargo Card Services. Mike is a subject matter expert for the following areas:
- Regulation Z
- Regulation B
- Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices
- Retail Compliance
- New Product Review and Approval
