Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, September 24.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge at a special discounted rate of $259 single/double (excluding taxes). To make your reservation, contact the hotel directly at 480-293-5000 or call their reservations department at 800-835-6206 and mention that you are attending the Financial Services Marketing Symposium (you may also reference the block’s code SMAC). Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cutoff date to receive the discounted rate is September 7; after this date, rooms will be priced based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed and skidded materials beginning Friday, September 14. To avoid after-deadline charges, materials must arrive by Monday, October 8. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below.
