Please visit Freeman's website for the complete exhibitor kit. All decorator, electrical, telecommunications and audio-visual services must be ordered at least four weeks in advance. To order our attendee mailing list, please complete the mailing list order form and fax it to my attention no later than September 29.

Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register all staff members by September 29 .
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately, the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at a special discounted rate of $255 (excluding taxes). To make your reservation, contact Disney's group housing department at (407) 824-1383 and book your room in the SourceMedia/Financial Services Marketing Symposium room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is September 8. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning on September 9 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by October 13 . Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. Warehouse receiving hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Do NOT ship advance freight directly to the Grand Floridian. The resort has limited storage facilities and the freight may be returned to the sender. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the resort will be the responsibility of the sender. Freeman will accept DIRECT freight shipments for the exhibit hall at the hotel beginning on Sunday, October 19 from 10:00am - 4:00pm ONLY. If you anticipate a delay in shipping your materials to Freeman's warehouse and need to ship them directly to the conference facility, contact Derinda Crawford for further instruction.
