Mark Gibson has been with Compass Bank in Birmingham, Alabama for eleven years, and is currently their EVP/Chief Marketing Officer, with responsibility for product management, service management, the internet, customer information, and marketing communications.
Mark has over 20 years of financial services marketing experience. Prior to Compass, Mark was Marketing Director at ANZ Bank in Wellington, New Zealand. He was manager of Coopers and Lybrand’s bank consulting practice in New York, as well as John Ryan Company and Retail Planning Associates where he had the opportunity to work with banks in more than 8 countries.
Mark holds both a bachelors and masters degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
