Dave Dean has more than 20 years of U.S. and international marketing management experience, 14 years in the financial services industry working with banks, securities companies, and insurance. He is currently Senior Vice President of Market Segment Management at Union Bank of California in San Francisco with a primary focus on the mass affluent market including Baby Boomers and Retired Consumers. He was previously Vice President at Charles Schwab where he led the development and launch of the High Yield Investor Checking account and prior to that, the creation of the Schwab Signature Services customer loyalty program. Before Schwab, he spent six years with Wells Fargo Bank where he served as Vice President of Small Business Marketing. Mr. Dean also has held marketing positions in telecommunications and packaged goods industries.
