Dreama Briley is head of E-Marketing for ING Retail Annuity Business Group, responsible for developing and executing creative e-marketing and web strategy. Her group develops web marketing campaigns and content to complement and drive offline marketing, sales and service initiatives while improving the user experience and satisfaction.
Dreama has been with ING since 2000, most recently as head of Strategic Marketing for ING's Retirement Services business in Hartford. In that role, she was responsible for a variety of cross-market and market-specific projects, developing and executing offline/online marketing programs and campaigns to support the defined contribution broker/dealer and independent distribution recruiting and sales. In addition, Dreama was responsible for rollover and retention marketing initiatives, plan sponsor marketing, plan participant relationship management, and brand activation. From 2000-2002, Dreama was head of marketing communications for ING Funds in Scottsdale.
Before joining ING, she served as editorial director for Fidelity's Internet Commerce Group in the advisor-sold funds business unit. She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Carolina University and a master's degree in Public Relations from Boston University.
