Dean Ilijasic is currently the SVP and Director of Client Insight and Consumer Segment Management within the Community Bank for Key which includes Key’s branch office network of nearly 1,000 branches spanning 13 states. Ilijasic is responsible for Key’s consumer strategic planning and management which includes Retail, Small Business, Affinity programs, and Employee Banking. The Affinity segment within Key includes the industry leading programs supporting the unique financial needs of women in addition to the multi-cultural and under-banked segments.
Ilijasic initially joined Key Bank in 2005 as the head Community Bank Marketing leading a team of marketing managers responsible for all of Key's consumer business units including Retail, Wealth, Commercial Banking, and Community Development Banking. With over two decades of experience within financial services, Ilijasic brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity that span the industry from financial services marketing, new business development, insight drive strategic development and card services management.
Ilijasic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and has held senior level positions with JPMorgan Chase, American Express, and Visa.
