All ads should be high resolution pdf, print ready, scaled to the appropriate size without crop marks and submitted on a CD ROM.
10/10/08 Staff Registration forms due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibit Hours

Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

10:15am - 10:45 am Morning break in exhibit hall
3:15pm - 3:45 pm Afternoon break in exhibit hall
5:15pm - 7:00 pm Reception in exhibit hall

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, October 10, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Westin Alexandria at a special discounted rate of $239 (*not including tax and resort fee). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on (866) 837-4210 and mention that you are attending the 7th Annual BITS Financial Services Outsouring Conference. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is Friday, October 10, 2008 . After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Hotel shipments should be shipped to arrive by Friday, October 24th. Shipments arriving 3 business days prior to the start of the conference will be assessed a storage fee based on total weight.
