Lois has over 25 years experience within the construction and specification industry and has been with Smith Barney and Citigroup Realty Services since 1997.
In 2007 Lois accepted a new challenge as Sustainability Program Manager. In this role she is coordinating the implementation of environmental programs on a global level. As the main liaison with external associations, she serves as Citi’s LEED Advocate using the Portfolio and Volume Build certification path proposing efficient processes and educational programs. She serves on the Board of USGBC NY and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
