Focusing heavily on real estate, commercial and consumer lending, new business development, asset recovery/workout, credit review and branch management, he offers highly-honed analytical, sales and leadership skills coupled with extensive knowledge and training in the myriad of disciplines that define the banking industry.
His most recent positions, prior to founding e3 Bank, include Senior Vice President of Fox Chase Bank of Exton, PA and First Vice President/Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer of First Financial Bank, Downingtown, PA. Frank received his B.S. In Management with a concentration in Finance at Widener University. In addition, he holds certifications from the Risk Management Association and the American Institute of Banking and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking. Frank is a Director of the Philadelphia Sustainable Business Network and the Risk Management Association. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Pennsylvania Green Growth Partnership, and co-Chairs the Delaware Valley Green Building Council Sponsorship and Development Committee.
