To fulfill the company’s triple-bottom mission he has forged dynamic new partnerships with the Northern Illinois Energy Project, IIT, The Historic Chicago Bungalow Association, City of Chicago Department of Environment, C.U.B., ComEd, Federal Home Loan Bank, and others to develop innovative programs, products, and services such as the Home Energy Conservation Loan and Green Neighbor programs that make the city’s underserved neighborhoods better stewards of the natural environment and are reducing energy consumption and costs while catalyzing positive economic development.
