Donna F. Anderson is head of Global Corporate Governance for T. Rowe Price & Assoc., an investment management firm with more than $400 billion under management across a diverse line of individual and institutional portfolios. In her current role, Ms. Anderson leads the policy- formation process for proxy voting, shepherds the firm’s engagement efforts with portfolio companies, and co-chairs the Proxy Committee. Before joining T. Rowe Price in 2007, Ms. Anderson was Director of Equity Research for AIM Investments, a member of the Invesco group of companies. During her nine years at AIM, she was also chair of the firm’s Proxy Committee. Ms. Anderson earned her undergraduate degree in foreign languages from Trinity University in 1988. She worked as a newspaper reporter in Washington and then for the U.S.Department of State in Brussels, Belgium, before returning to Texas for business school. She earned an MBA from the University of Texas in 1996. She is a CFA Charterholder. |
