With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mark’s focus is on assisting both insurance carriers and vendors in furthering the adoption of emerging technologies in the insurance market.
Before forming Mark B. Gorman & Associates, Mark provided industry research and advisory services through TowerGroup, a Needham, Mass. Prior to that, he set strategic direction in the insurance market for Fair Isaac, a predictive analytics and decision support technology vendor. There he was responsible for the development and deployment of decision management software solutions for the international P&C insurance marketplace.
Prior to Fair Isaac, Mark worked for two leading life and annuity insurance companies, their asset management and brokerage subsidiaries, and a property and casualty subsidiary in a variety of marketing, product management, product development, and research and development roles.
Mark received an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and has held NASD Series 7, 63, 24, 65 licenses.
