In a continuing effort to give participants increased opportunities to gain insight into technology advancements and vendor solutions, we are pleased to continue to provide a Breakfast Briefing. Hosted by some of the industry's leading solution providers, these 45-60 minute demonstrations and discussions are a great way for participants to maximize their learning experience. Sessions will take place during breakfast, Tuesday, July 21 and participants will be served breakfast during the presentations.

The mortgage industry is facing its greatest challenge in more than 75 years. The turbulent economy and real estate markets have created such a widespread need for loan modifications that the government has introduced the HMP/HASP programs to help prevent foreclosures and stabilize the economy. As a result, servicers are experiencing unprecedented loan modification volumes. This panel will show servicers how to better manage this volume without additional infrastructure or manpower and address how to apply automation to existing infrastructure and processes to significantly improve system scalability, processing capacity and loan workout success. The panel will also address how to process all loan modification types, including HMP and HASP homeowner mortgage assistance programs, as well as how to facilitate faster qualification, decisioning, approvals, document generation and document delivery to shorten loan modification timelines from weeks to hours.
