Mr. Sisko is a Director and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in Deloitte & Touche’s Regulatory & Capital Markets Consulting practice in the Charlotte, North Carolina office where he provides credit risk consulting services to the financial services industry. David leads the Default Management (loss Mitigation) service offering for the Firm with over twenty years of diversified industry and consulting experience. In addition to Default Management he has extensive experience in credit processing from originations to recovery within small business, middle market and mortgage lending.
His highly specialized Default Management team has worked with 80% of the top ten prime mortgage Servicers, 50% of the top ten sub-prime mortgage Servicers, 75% of the top 20 US Banks and all of the top 10 global auto captives.
Before joining Deloitte, David worked with a mid-tier consultancy, Fidelity Information Services, Wachovia and Bank of America focusing on all aspects of credit risk management. His industry experience includes holding various management roles at Bank of America in Tampa, Richmond and Charlotte, titles including; National Home Equity Portfolio Manager, State Credit Executive, Mortgage Lender and Collector. In addition, at Wachovia, he was the Credit Administration Executive/Chief Underwriter for the Home Equity Bank. His consulting experience includes mortgage, home equity, small business and middle market lending evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the top 20 US banks credit life-cycle lending policies and processes. He has also has expertise of lending process controls through leading credit processing audits.
