Yvette Gilmore has been the mortgage servicing industry for 17 years; she came to Freddie Mac in 2006 as a Director in Non-Performing loans. Currently she serves as the Senior Director of the Loss Mitigation Servicing Department. Yvette is responsible for the development and execution of loss mitigation strategies as well as Master Servicing oversight of default servicing operations to include: Homeownership Preservation, Liquidations, T-deals.
Yvette has previously held positions in default servicing at Washington Mutual, Aames Financial, Glendale Federal Bank, and most recently she was the Vice President, Collection and Loss Mitigation for IndyMac Bank.
Yvette holds a B.A. Communications from the University of California, San Diego.
