Ken Scheller is the Senior Vice President for the Home Retention Division in Bank of America’s Mortgage Servicing organization. The Home Retention Division encompasses both the Collections and Workout departments, including 13 domestic sites and 3 international sites.
Scheller’s responsibilities include: overseeing the daily operations for call centers, monitoring the workout portfolio and managing both the Executive Resolution Team and Advocacy Relationships. He is also accountable for forecasting trends, strategic planning for key initiatives and maintaining critical partnerships with both internal and external affiliates.
Before coming to Countrywide in 2007, Ken held a variety of management positions with General Electric Finance Business Units. His experience encompasses both operations and call centers, where he managed large teams in multiple sites. These 20 plus years of experience and Ken’s leadership ability, have been integral to the development of the Home Retention Division during his tenure.
Ken has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, with post graduate studies at the Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
