Campbell Edlund is the Founder and President of EMI Strategic Marketing. For more than 25 years she has worked with financial services firms like Wachovia, National City, Washington Mutual, Citi and GE Capital to develop marketing strategies and programs that drive sales success. Combining expertise in research, strategy and communications, she designs programs that drive channel productivity and customer loyalty.

Stef Erik Anderson

SunTrust
Stef Anderson is the Vice President for Loyalty and Rewards at SunTrust Bank. In this role, he oversees the Bank’s consumer and small business rewards program, SunTrust Rewards, and is responsible for expansion of this program beyond the card product set. Prior to joining SunTrust, Stef managed Bank of America’s Corporate Travel Card product in the Bank’s Treasury Product division, during which time he led the Bank’s effort to expand the Bank’s large corporate card offering outside of North America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Stef managed various aspects of the Consumer Card Rewards Program at Merrill Lynch. Stef received his M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School and his B.A. in Russian and International Relations from Connecticut College. He currently resides outside Atlanta, GA with his wife and 3 children.
Steve Boehm

Steve Boehm leads Wachovia Consumer and Small Business Payments where he is responsible for the financial and operational performance of Wachovia’s credit and debit card businesses, as well as product development for bill payment services, pre-paid services (stored value and gift cards, travelers checks, etc), money movement services (ACH, wire, remittances) and other existing payment products. His team also explores and commercializes new payment services relating to developments in handheld devices, healthcare needs, and web-based payments. Before joining Wachovia, Boehm gained extensive experience at Visa U.S.A. While there, he held a variety of sales and operations management positions.
Mark R. Ford
Senior Vice President, Card Products

Mark Ford is Senior Vice President, Card Products at National City, responsible for product management and development, portfolio management, and the customer experience for Consumer and Small Business Credit cards. With more than 20 years' expertise in the card industry -- across credit, debit, ATM and commercial cards – Ford has worked extensively on delivering value to customers through payment products and honing their messaging to help drive customer loyalty. Prior to joining National City, he held senior leadership positions at Commerce Bank and other regionals in various portfolio management, sales and operating functions. He holds a Bachelors in Finance from Wichita State University and attended the Consumer Bankers Association's Graduate School of Retail Banking.

Liza Landsman is Executive Vice President of Internet & Channel Management for Citi Cards, the North American credit card division of Citigroup. In this role she oversees the business’ internet, inbound phones, statements and letters channels as well as the customer communication and sales efforts across these millions of touch points with the goal of driving maximum value and effectiveness for the Citi cardmembers.

Bill Shaw has spent 38 years in the credit card industry with First Citizens Bank, Sun Bank, Signet Bank, and Visa, USA. He has operated a successful rewards program for high volume personal and business cardholders for thirteen years and a separate rewards program for lower volume personal cardholders for two years.
