Ilieva Ageenko is a Senior Vice President and Director of Emerging Applications at Wachovia Corporation. In this role, she oversees eCommerce emerging applications and technologies, the evaluation and prototyping of innovative services.
With 25 years of professional experience and 13 years in financial services, Ilieva brings senior leadership and expertise in strategic planning, new business development, cross-channel customer analytics and eCommerce. After working in operations, consumer lending, and capital management areas, she has managed multiple groups in marketing analytics and eCommerce. Early in her career, she worked at a software development start-up company and for a government agency as an economic researcher in long term economic forecasting.
Dr. Ageenko is the recipient of the 2006 National Award for Latinos in Information Technology in Financial Services. She holds a M.S degree in Economic Cybernetics from Moscow Institute of Management and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Kiev in Ukraine. Ilieva also holds a CISA certification, and has over 15 professional publications.

Richard K. Crone leads Crone Consulting LLC, providing payment processing insight to banks, billers, merchants, processors, start-ups and investors. He has he held senior management positions at Dove Consulting; Edgar, Dunn & Company; and KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint). Richard drew upon his nearly 27 years of payment and remittance processing experience to envision and launch CyberCash’s PayNow™ Electronic Check Service in 1996. Mr. Crone led Home Savings of America as Senior Vice President & Director of Electronic Banking in their successful release of online banking with Microsoft Money and Intuit's Quicken. Mr. Crone spent eight years with KPMG Consulting as a Senior Manager and nine years with Unisys. He also served on the Board of Directors of edocs from the company’s inception until it was sold to Siebel. Mr. Crone holds a Master of Business Administration degree, beta gamma sigma, and a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern California.

Widely known as the mastermind behind DoCoMo’s i-mode technology, Carl Hirano was Managing Director of DoCoMo.com, Inc. and led iMode’s Strategic Alliaances group until late 2006. While there, he spearheaded iMode’s entry into the mobile commerce and mobile payments business and created a number of creative alliances with leading Japanese content providers, including Rakuten, Inc., a leading Japanese e-commerce company, and Tower Records Japan. Today, Carl is a Senior Managing Executive Officer for CA Mobile, the leading Japanese mobile venture company. He also serves as a senior advisor to Market Platform Dynamics (MPD) and works with MPD’s firm’s clients in devising innovative and profitable mobile and internet based strategies. He is also a member of the Board Directors at Rakuten Auction, Inc. and Tower Records Inc.
Michael L. Lindsey

Michael Lindsey is senior vice president and manager of Electronic Delivery Services for BancorpSouth, a bank holding company headquartered in Tupelo, Mississippi with approximately $12.0 billion in assets. BancorpSouth operates banking, insurance, and financial service offices in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas and Louisiana. In his current role, Mr. Lindsey is responsible for the development and support of electronic payment and Internet products. Mr. Lindsey is also responsible for wire transfer, corporate customer contact center, application development for end user applications for banking company, and corporate help desk.
