Deadlines:

5/1/09	Company Description and Logo 50-word company description including corporate address, contact's name, phone, email and website address. High-resolution vector logo (300 dpi or higher) in .eps or Illustrator formats. Logos submitted in .tif, .gif or .jpg will not be accepted. If you have already submitted these items to Maura Parrish, there's no need to re-submit them.
5/18/09	Conference Manual Ads Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" bleed in margins. E-mail the ad to Derinda Crawford or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Derinda's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.
5/18/09	Staff Registration Due Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $895 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, May 18.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the M Resort Casino & Spa at a special discounted rate of $145 single/double (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's group housing department directly at (877) 673-7678 and request a room in the SourceMedia/Mobile Commerce Summit room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is May 11. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
