Welcome to the Mobile Commerce Summit!

Dear Colleague,

Since this conference began, we’ve seen financial institutions enroll mobile banking customers at astonishing rates that have exceeded our wildest expectations.  And despite the industry’s current challenges, mobile initiatives continue to be a priority.

The reason for this is clear.  Our customers are not using their mobile devices just to make telephone calls. The truth is that they think of their device as an indispensable part of their lives.  Therefore, it only makes sense for us to enable banking, payments and other financial management services as a part of their mobile experience.

As the mobile banking product manager for Huntington Bank, I can assure you that this is an exciting space; yet, let me also caution you that it’s not easily navigated.  Whether you’ve already rolled out basic services, or are thinking of delivering something more sophisticated, the best way to get the information you need is from the people that have already overcome the challenges and obstacles you are facing.

At the Third Annual Mobile Commerce Summit, we’ve asked executives at financial institutions and the leading service providers to let you know what they’re delivering and how they’re doing it.  You’ll find out what’s new, and also what’s possible in mobile banking and payments—everything from revenue-generating business models, to solid metrics on measuring the effectiveness of your initiatives.

You’ll gain more knowledge from these experts in just two days than you will on your own, in the office.

I look forward to meeting you there.

Kind regards,

Brandon McGee
VP & Senior Product Manager, Mobile
The Huntington National Bank
