THURSDAY, JUNE 25

Exhibitors can begin setting their display at 6:30 PM

Display tables should be fully ready prior to the start of the 7:30 AM Continental Breakfast function in the exhibit area

 

Move-Out

FRIDAY, JUNE 26

Exhibitors can begin breaking down their display at 6:30 PM

Breakdown is following the conclusion of the 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Cocktail Reception function in the exhibit area

The exhibit area will be located in the Admiral Ballroom - SECTION B - on the 3rd Floor of the hotel.


Each exhibitor will be provided with a draped 6-foot table, two chairs and waste basket.

If for any reason you will not require a table, please let the conference operations manager know to leave your exhibit space clear.

**All exhibit tables will be provided with a complimentary wireless internet connection.

It is assumed any electrical connections needed for your exhibit display will be minimal, and as such exhibitors are advised to simply bring a powerstrip in order to plug into the available outlets in the space. If you may have more involved electrical requirements or need to arrange hard-wired internet access for your exhibit space, you can contact the hotel's event manager directly at sangeeta@radissonadmiral.com.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below.

Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the exhibitor upgrade rate.

Please register all staff members by THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2009.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member attending the event. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Shipping Information

Please note that storage space at the Radisson Admiral Harbourfront is limited. We therefore ask that you schedule shipments to arrive NO EARLIER than Wednesday, June 24.

Boxes will be delivered to the Admiral Ballroom Foyer by 6:30 PM Thursday evening for exhibitor setup.

BE SURE YOUR EXHIBITOR COMPANY NAME IS ON THE LABEL OR BOX.

For return shipments, please make sure all boxes are properly labeled with airbills from your carrier.

If pick-up by your carrier is not available for late Friday evening (after the cocktail reception), the hotel will bring packages to the front desk for Saturday pick-up.
