Aaron Zornes is the Founder and Chief Research Officer of The MDM Institute. Mr. Zornes is a noted speaker and author on Global 2000 enterprise IT issues and is the most quoted industry analyst on the topics of customer data integration' (CDI), master data management (MDM), and data governance. Mr. Zornes is also the editor and lead contributor to DM Review's CDI Newsletter as well as the monthly columnist for both CDI and MDM. Prior to founding The MDM Institute, he was founder and executive VP of META Group's largest research advisory practice for 15 years. Mr. Zornes also held line and strategic management roles in leading vendor and user organizations, including executive and managerial positions at Ingres Corp., Wang, Software AG of North America, and Cincom Systems. Mr. Zornes received his M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Sandra Baskerville, Director Information Systems, has spent the last 4 Years leading the CRM Customer Strategy. The focus of the program was to enable an integrated Customer View across the organizations product and distribution channels. She has 20 years Information Technology experience with a primary focus on application architecture and systems development.

David has been with IBM since 2005 and is currently responsible for product management of IBM Information Solutions, including IBM's Master Data Management group of products. Prior to joining IBM, David worked at DWL Inc., and was responsible for product strategy, marketing, and product management for DWL Customer, a leading CDI hub.

As a Business Solution Manager (BSM) at Hudson’s Bay Company, Jacob Kuijpers is responsible for the promotion and growth of current platforms while introducing innovative and transformational technology solutions to the business. In partnership with his business constituents, he defines the future direction and strategy for Business Intelligence and CRM domains. Prior to joining Hudson’s Bay Company, Mr. Kuijpers has spent 15 years with global consulting firms developing, designing and leading Business Intelligence, data warehouse and data integration implementations in Financial Services, Utilities and Retail industries.

Krasen Paskalev has over 14 years of IT experience. During the past 12 years he has held leadership roles for large scale international Data Warehousing initiatives, primarily as a lead Data Warehouse Architect, Business Consulting Lead, MDM Business Architect and Data Architect.

Mr. Paskalev’s technical know-how, strong communication skills, management consulting capabilities and wealth of experience have enabled him to play a key role in the successful implementation of initiatives that have improved the strategic decision-making process and operational efficiency of leading banking, insurance, telecom, retail, automotive, government, healthcare and high tech companies. In his current role as Director Business Consulting Services, Mr. Paskalev is responsible for developing and implementing the Business Consulting practices, as well as the MDM competency at Adastra.

Marc Smith has been architecting, implementing, and selling Information Management, Business Intelligence and Analytic solutions for over 15 years in the financial services, insurance, communication, retail, government, healthcare, pharmaceutical, energy, and mining and metallurgy industries. Mr. Smith has been with SAS for over six years and is currently Solutions Specialists Manager in Western Canada. Prior to SAS, Mr. Smith worked as product development manager, Consultant, BI Architect, Data Warehouse Architect, and software developer for many of Canada's top 500 companies
