Tarun Batra is the President of LumenData, LLC.  Prior to LumenData, Mr. Batra led the MDM and Business Intelligence Consulting Practice at Oracle for North America.  He has been a frequent speaker at Industry conferences focused on MDM and Data Quality.  

Prior to Oracle, Mr. Batra built the MDM consulting practice from the ground up at Siebel creating a dominant position for Siebel in the MDM space. He also built the West Region CRM consulting practice at Siebel in the early days and was directly responsible for successful implementations of strategic customers.   

Mr. Batra has held senior leadership roles at Archive, Inventa and Sybase and has a very strong track record of building successful consulting practices from ground up for emerging technologies.   

Mr. Batra holds a Bachelor of Technology (Electrical Engineering) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas.
