Bence Gazdag is the global process owner (GPO) for Oracle’s customer data quality management project. Mr. Gazdag has held this position since 2004 when Oracle merged all of its financial and CRM instances and created a global single system instance. The new global instance required close collaboration and standard processes among all lines of business around data management.  Mr. Gazdag heads the virtual global task force which was formed to create a successful data quality roadmap and data governance model. Tough challenges are still ahead but to date the data quality program has been very successful.

Mr. Gazdag also manages the systems and business intelligence teams for Oracle Marketing.

Mr. Gazdag joined Oracle in 1999 working in marketing operations to drive system implementation, data management and reporting projects. Throughout his carrier he has implemented and managed various CRM products, data marts, prospecting databases, business intelligence dashboards and KPIs.
