Mr. Simpson is president of IMARC, the Irvine California based leader in the field of mortgage fraud consulting and recovery services. After purchasing the interest of AIG United Guaranty in 2007, Mr. Simpson is the sole owner of the company.
Mr. Simpson’s background includes ten years experience as a loan broker and twenty years as an attorney. He speaks frequently to national and regional mortgage bankers associations and has lectured to law enforcement, trade organizations, and attorney groups. He has published articles in various mortgage publications on the topic of mortgage fraud, and most recently, on the subject of stated loans and credit quality. He is nationally recognized as an expert on loan fraud and has been cited in Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Fox News 6 San Diego, and BusinessWeek, among others.
