Ryan Thomas is a Senior Managing Attorney at the American Mortgage Law Group P.C. Mr. Thomas represents mortgage lenders, secondary market investors, warehouse lenders, insurance companies, loan servicers and Wall Street investment banks in mortgage banking matters throughout the United States.
Mr. Thomas maintains a national practice dedicated exclusively to mortgage banking matters. This includes recovery of mortgage fraud losses from mortgage brokers, appraisers, title companies, settlement agents, real estate agents, and third parties involved in a real estate or loan transaction. Consequently, Mr. Thomas is well-versed in all aspects of residential real estate finance from loan origination to securitization. Mr. Thomas has also represented mortgage banking clients in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Thomas is also a frequent speaker on the subject of mortgage fraud. On a national level, Mr. Thomas has been a presenter at seminars sponsored by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, National Home Equity Mortgage Association, and National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. Mr. Thomas has also been a speaker on numerous state, local, and industry panels on the subject of mortgage fraud.
