Jim has been with Brotherhood Bank for 10 years. Brotherhood Bank has targeted younger customers by introducing new products, by emphasizing online banking capabilities and by developing a culture in the Bank that places an emphasis on providing financial solutions for life.
Jim’s recent involvement with the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin has given him insight into the banking industry’s future with respect to younger clients. He believes that in order for our industry to improve market share we must do more to retain relationships with the young people who are heirs to elder clients’ funds. Education, according to Jim, will be critical in developing and retaining the younger market segment.
