Ms. Elbert joined Rochdale in 1997 and has seventeen years of experience in financial services, corporate strategy, and business development. At Rochdale, she works throughout the firm on strategic initiatives as well as leads the marketing strategy and sales functions. Prior to joining Rochdale, Ms. Elbert worked in Eastern Europe as a Business Development Director with the MBA Enterprise Corps, an organization that provides management expertise to companies in emerging markets, where she created and implemented business and marketing plans for local firms. She also held positions with Citibank in Real Estate Asset Management and as an Examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision, United States Department of the Treasury, where she developed expertise in financial and strategic analysis and financial regulatory matters.

Ms. Elbert received her B.S.B.A. in international business and finance with honors from The American University and her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is active in the New York Society of Security Analysts and 100 Women in Hedge Funds and has appeared in Financial Planning magazine, CPA Wealth Provider, and HedgeWorld’s Inside Edge.

Stuart Kessler, CPA, PFS, JD, LLM, AEP, is a Senior Tax Managing Director in the New York office of RSM McGladrey. A specialist in personal financial planning, he was cited by Accounting Today in 2003 to 2007 as "one of the 100 most influential people in accounting" and as one of the top people in personal financial planning.

Mr. Vasquez started his career at Societe Generale, and joined GE in 1992 within Kidder Peabody’s finance group supporting the growth of the Asset Management division. In 1995, he joined GE Investments to assist with the formation and growth of a business unit targeting institutional and retail clients. Subsequently, Mr. Vasquez was a project manager on the Genworth Financial IPO, played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Hochman & Baker, Inc. and became CEO of Genworth Financial Investment Services, Inc. in 2004.
Mr. Vasquez received his Master of Business Administration degree in International Finance from Fordham’s Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kean College of New Jersey.
