Exhibitor/Sponsor Info
All exhibits must be full set up by 7:30am on Monday, July 21. Each exhbitor will be provided with a draped 6' table, 2 chairs and waste basket. You will receive basic power (powerstip) as part of your exhibitor package. Additional onsite exhibitor services can be ordered directly from the hotel (see below). Please note that table top displays will be located in the back of the general session room (the Imperial Ballroom) of the conference. As such, we request that exhibitor activity should be confined to breaks, meal functions and any other times before or after sessions when actual speaker presentations and discussions are not taking place. Please refer to the Agenda page on the website to see the full conference schedule. Exhibitor Staff RegistrationTo register your staff attending the conference, use the online Staff Registration link below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, July 11, 2008. PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member. Hotel AccommodationsSourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at a special discounted rate. Be sure to use promotional code GRCPA1 when registering. Rooms will be on available a first come first serve basis. Please make your reservations by June 27, 2008.
Shipping & Onsite Exhibitor ServicesSHIPPING Please address all shipments to the hotel as follows: The Fairmont Hotel Boxes should be numbered "1 of 4", "2 of 4", etc. Any charges for incoming / outgoing boxes are charged through the hotel's business center on a per-box basis, according to weight. The handling fees for all boxes, which includes storage and delivery, are as follows:
The business center will be biling all shipping/handling charges to each exhibitor directly. Charges can either be paid by credit card or be posted directly to exhibitor guestrooms. EXHIBITOR SERVICES (internet, phone, and other AV items) Basic electric service (powerstrip) will be available at your exhibit table.
