Rebecca Pomering is a principal in Moss Adams LLP, and the CEO of Moss Adams Wealth Advisors LLC, the firm’s wealth management division. In her role as CEO, Rebecca is responsible for growth of the wealth management division including strategic planning, sales and marketing, team development, integration, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, Ms. Pomering was a prominent industry consultant with Moss Adams LLP, specializing in practice management consulting to the financial advisory industry. Ms. Pomering has provided consulting services to hundreds of financial advisory firms, broker-dealers and CPA firms on business management issues related to compensation, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, succession planning and ownership transition. Ms. Pomering also oversaw dozens of industry research and benchmark projects on compensation and operating performance, including the annual Moss Adams advisor studies as well as studies for NAPFA, MDRT, Schwab Institutional, BAM and the Financial Services Institute.

Ms. Pomering is a past member of the Financial Planning Association’s national board of directors. She has been engaged as a speaker on financial services industry topics for such organizations as AICPA, FPA, NAPFA, FSI, Schwab Institutional, Fidelity Investments, TD Ameritrade, Raymond James Financial Services, LPL, Commonwealth Financial Network, AIG, Tower Square Securities, SEI Investments, ING Network, London Life, AllianceBernstein and Columbia Management. She writes a regular column for Financial Advisor and has authored a number of articles published in other industry publications. She is a co-author of Practice Made Perfect, published by Bloomberg Press.

Ms. Pomering is a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and received a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois, graduating magna cum laude.
