Jim is a shareholder and serves as Vice President and Counsel for
Honkamp Krueger Financial Services, Inc. along with recruiting
CPA firms to utilize our financial services programs. Once
engaged, he assists the CPA firm in creating a profitable
professional financial services practice, rounding out and
complementing their existing tax and accounting practice.

He is a graduate of Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and the
University of Iowa, College of Law in Iowa City, Iowa. He was
elected and served as County Attorney for Dubuque County, Iowa.
Jim joined HKFS in April 1996 and has over fourteen years of
investment and compliance experience as Executive Vice President
of the Investment Center at Harvest Bank (now US Bank) in
Dubuque, Iowa for ten years.

Jim holds NASD Series 7, 63 and 24 (Registered Principal) licenses.

Jim is a member of the HKFS Management Committee, the Risk
Management Committee and the Investment Committee and a
member of the local and Iowa Bar. His is also a member of the
ProEquities Direct Participation Advisory Council.
