Cindy Murray

Cindy Murray is the Product Innovation & Development executive for Global Product Solutions. In this role, Murray is responsible for designing, building and launching new credit and treasury products across Global Corporate & Investment Banking to drive the acquisition and deepening of client relationships. This team also facilitates product policy and mitigates product risk.
Prior to the merger of LaSalle with Bank of America, Murray served as the head of LaSalle Bank Corporation’s North American Transaction Banking division. She was responsible for Product Management and Strategy, overseeing product development, product delivery and ongoing service delivery efforts for the commercial and wholesale markets. Murray also served on LaSalle’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering and Technology Committees and on the executive Strategy Roundtable group for ABN AMRO’s North American operations.
In January 1984, Murray began her career in the financial services industry in the Human Resources Training and Development department for Exchange National Bank. Since that time, she has held several key positions in treasury management, leading Product Management, Electronic Banking, Commercial Card Services and Banking Operations. She spearheaded the early development efforts of LaSalle's technology products and services, including CashPro®, an industry-recognized electronic banking platform.
Murray graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and earned her Master of Sciences degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Automated Clearing House Association and on the managing board of the Clearing House Payments Company, the premier private sector provider of U.S. dollar clearing and settlement services.
Murray has been honored in several prominent publications as an influential woman in the financial services industry for her pursuit of excellence, ability to lead through the changing face of banking and driving innovation in traditional treasury services product offerings. She lives in Chicago, Illinois.
