Jim Graves is the manager of the product team responsible for the core treasury management product offerings. In this role he is responsible for developing and implementing product strategy associated with the Lockbox, Disbursement, Cash Processing, and Liquidity services. Additionally, Jim’s group is responsible for establishing account structures and interest rate management.
Jim joined Key Bank in September 2007 and has over 30 years of treasury management banking experience. Prior to joining Key, Jim held various leadership roles in operations, product management, sales administration and finance at Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Fifth Third Bank.
Jim has an MBA with a finance concentration from DePaul University and a BB in Economics from Western Illinois University.
