Madelyn Antoncic is a Managing Director, a member of Lehman Brothers Management Committee and is the Firm’s Global Head of Financial Market Policy Relations.

Gareth Davies joined Freddie Mac as senior vice president, enterprise operational risk in April 2006.  Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Davies spent nearly 20 years with General Electric. During his tenure he held various positions, ultimately serving as vice president and chief risk officer for GE Asset Management, where he developed both a risk framework and an operational risk structure. Additionally, he developed an in-house system to automate operational risk reporting.  Davies, a native of Wales, earned a degree in banking and finance from Loughborough University in Leicester, United Kingdom.

Herbert H. Hilliard has served as executive vice president of risk management for First Horizon National Corporation since November 2001. He is responsible for government relations, compliance, internal audit and security as well as risk management for First Horizon National Corporation and its banking subsidiary, First Tennessee Bank.

Angela Hardy Isaac is Fannie Mae's senior vice president - Operational Risk Oversight. Angela has the lead responsibility for establishing and providing oversight for Fannie Mae's operational risk management programs.

Jess Lederman, a co-founder of two of the first private-sector counterparts to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, is one of the pioneers of the secondary market. A 27-year veteran, Lederman began his career as Director of Pricing and Research for PMI Mortgage Insurance before holding senior positions with Sears Mortgage Securities Corporation and Bear Stearns.

Patricia Meadow joined the New York State Banking Department as First Deputy Superintendent in August 2007.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of financial services, Patricia has worked in major international financial institutions in the areas of administration, finance, business development, human resources, and governance.

Mr. Schlossberg analyzes the economic and investment environment for Wells Capital Management (WCM) and for other investment groups within Wells Fargo & Co. In that capacity, he participates in daily conference calls to the organization's investment managers and sales people throughout the country.
