David Dill joined Saxon Mortgage Services Inc, a division of Morgan Stanley in October 1998. In his current position as President of the Servicing Division, Mr. Dill brings 21 years of collections, lending and customer service to the company. The servicing division maintains strong and above average ratings with Fitch, S&P and Moody's. The managed portfolio of Saxon Mortgage Services is at $27 billion in portfolio and 170, 000 loans in the sub prime market. The servicing division manages the SCI portfolio as well as third party newly originated portfolios.

Mr. Jefferies has 23 years experience in the mortgage industry, with major focuses in escrow administration, acquisitions, document management and vendor management. Included in his 23 years experience, he spent seven years with a nationally known tax outsourcing company involved with project management and as Director of Operations.

Matthew Kobin has been involved with single family servicing for over 15 years with progressive roles in Default servicing (First Nationwide Bank and Washington Mutual) as well as Agency and Conduit administration (FHLMC and Credit Suisse). In his current role within Credit Suisse's Servicing Oversight group, Mr. Kobin is responsible for non prime servicer surveillance across the entire Default spectrum.

Larry Litton, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Litton Loan Servicing, LP. Litton manages a $60BB portfolio consisting of sub-prime, HLTV, and non-performing assets. Litton is a wholly owned subsidiary of C-BASS.

Mr. Nagai is a Managing Director with Bear Stearns, supporting the EMC Mortgage Strategy and Execution Group, and is specialized in the structuring and management of large scale change programs within its mortgage banking operations.

Ms. Singh joined Option One Mortgage Corporation in July of 1998. At OOMC, she is responsible for all functions within the Servicing division including but not limited to Finance, Strategy, Customer Care, Default operations, Loss Mitigation, REO, Research, Portfolio Retention, Office of the customer advocacy, Servicing system, New loan audit, Payoffs, Reconveyance and MPO operations. She is responsible for the successful operations of multiple sites in Irvine, Jacksonville, Mexico and India.

With more than 24 years of industry experience, John Vella is President and Chief Executive Officer of EMC Mortgage Corporation, overseeing its daily operations and professional staff of more than 1,900 employees since joining the company in March 2006.
