Ms. Singh joined Option One Mortgage Corporation in July of 1998. At OOMC, she is responsible for all functions within the Servicing division including but not limited to Finance, Strategy, Customer Care, Default operations, Loss Mitigation, REO, Research, Portfolio Retention, Office of the customer advocacy, Servicing system, New loan audit, Payoffs, Reconveyance and MPO operations. She is responsible for the successful operations of multiple sites in Irvine, Jacksonville, Mexico and India.

Prior to joining the Company, she was employed at KPMG Peat Marwick for 7 years, engaged in the audits of financial institutions. Some of her OOMC career highlights include strategizing and execution of the India operation, achieving very high associate satisfaction results as a leader, executing some high revenue generating IT projects and partaking in very many strategic initiatives within the company such as co-branding and FNMA compliant Servicing platform. She is also currently responsible for development of infrastructure and management of the Servicing Division. She is a key player in the enterprise wide Customer Advocacy Team within OOMC.

Ms Singh has approximately 13 years of finance related experience, holds an MBA in accounting and finance from University of California, Irvine. In addition, she is Black Belt Six-sigma certified and has successfully used this methodology for the implementation of key projects within the division.
