Mr. Nagai is a Managing Director with Bear Stearns, supporting the EMC Mortgage Strategy and Execution Group, and is specialized in the structuring and management of large scale change programs within its mortgage banking operations.

Mr. Nagai joined Bear Stearns in 2006 after ten years of experience in financial services business consulting with Accenture.

Mr. Nagai holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.
