Jason Allnutt is Fannie Mae’s vice president for the Credit Loss Management & Quality Assurance organization. He reports directly to the Senior Vice President – Credit Loss Management and Quality Assurance.
Allnutt is responsible for all functions supporting the acquisition and management of real estate owned (REO) assets. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of credit loss management, the national servicing organization (NSO) and the national underwriting center (NUC).

Larry and the company have been vocal leaders in the industry regarding customer care, and have implemented a number of programs and systems that have increased customer satisfaction and raised service levels to the top of the industry. Prior to this poistion Meola wase employed by New Century from May 2006 to May 2007 as Executive Vice President, Production. He was responsible for managing and expanding the company's national production franchise, broadening the mortgage product menu available for delivery through all loan origination channels and increasing productivity to enhance competitive position.
