			<p>Joe is a visionary executive with over 17 years of professional experience as a mortgage banker and as a technology solutions
leader. During the last 13 years, he has been primarily engaged in the application of technology in the mortgage industry while
holding positions of Co Founder and Senior Vice President. His experience includes software and project management,
business process analysis, system design, and system implementation. Most Recently Joe helped launch and build 2 companies
called GO Financial Solutions and Acqura Loan Servicing. It was a little bit over one year when the company was recently
acquired by a large Wall Street Hedge Fund called Vantium Capital. Joe helped create a retail paperless lending platform that
that strived for complete transparency and transforms the mortgage transaction from a couple weeks to mere minutes. Joe
was responsible for all aspects for the company from executive management, sales, marketing and branding. While at MILA, as
Director of Sales Production, he used innovative technology to help its customers build a new business model and integrate it
into their existing operations. This business model includes the integration of mortgage technology solutions to automate the
point of sales process, reduce cost, and increase user productivity while streamlining paperless operational workflows. Prior
to joining MILA, Inc in January 2003 Joe worked with other executives to help build Finance America, LLC a subsidiary of
Lehman Brothers ALI. He has worked with executive teams that have built several nationwide mortgage banking origination
and production businesses for private firms, Wall Street Firms, banks and public companies.</p>
  
  <P>Joe developed and implemented automated underwriting, risk based pricing and the AVM appraisal system at Ocwen Financial
Corporation. Joe has had a very successful career in wholesale mortgage banking as Vice President at Long Beach Mortgage
Company. He has strong in-depth knowledge of secondary marketing, loan production, and quality control procedures. He is
uniquely qualified in combining all of these skills while leading financial services companies to radically revamp their business
strategy.</P>

<P>Today Joe is building new companies nationwide from Seattle. Joe and his wife Sarah live in the Alki Beach area of Seattle with
their 3 eight year old girls. On the weekends, Joe enjoys golf and a good bottle of red wine.</P>
