			<p>David Friedman is responsible for daily operations as well as strategic vision for the Company.  Prior to joining American Home Mortgage in August, 2004, Mr. Friedman worked for over 24 years in the Sub Prime Financial Services industry in a number of Senior level servicing positions, most recently as President of PCFS, Mortgage Servicing in Cincinnati, Ohio.  In addition Mr. Friedman founded Calmco/Olympus Loan Servicing in Austin, Texas.  Mr. Friedman also held Senior servicing level positions with Advanta/Chase Mortgage and Nations Credit/Bank of America.

<p>
	Mr. Friedman crafted the legal and tactical plan to successfully bifurcate originator’s reps from servicer’s reps to allow AHMSI to successfully emerge from bankruptcy without any recourse liabilities.
</p><p>
         During the bankruptcy process, Mr. Friedman continued running the existing business without missing any contractual obligations of the business as well as keeping the existing supervisory and senior management staff in tact.
</p><p>
         As soon as AHMSI emerged from bankruptcy, Mr. Friedman negotiated and successfully integrated the OOMC acquisition, which doubled the size of the servicing business, while incurring no increases in delinquency due to the transfer of servicing. Since the bankruptcy filing,  Mr. Friedman’s oversight allowed for a two level increase of AHMSI’s servicer’s ratings by Fitch Rating Agency.
</p>
    <p>     During his career, Mr. Friedman has generally focused on turning problem financial businesses/ processes into profitable, industry recognized businesses whether they were distressed banks, distressed finance companies, or distressed mortgage servicing businesses.      
</p><p>
         Mr. Friedman holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate Degrees, both with distinction, from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
