			<p>David Tiberio, based in upstate New York, is a senior vice president 

and strategic accounts director for First American National Default Title 

Services (NDTS). He is in charge of sourcing and developing new business 

for NDTS, with a focus on Eastern region clients, and managing both new 

and existing client relationships.

Tiberio joined First American in 2006 as default/REO product specialist 

With the appraisal division.

Before 2006, Tiberio was employed in corresponding lending operations for 

First Federal Savings & Loan of Rochester, New York, and ended his successful 

tenure as a senior budget analyst in the finance group. Tiberio then joined 

Bank of America and held key management roles in finance before moving to 

mortgage servicing operations, where he was vice president and REO manager.

Tiberio earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis 

in finance from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.
